Changes by SPJ. 11.1.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees, and confirms that the Passengers acknowledge and agree, that all information regarding the Charter Mission and the Flight(s) which is provided in the Documents may be changed at any time by SPJ (in particular at the time of issuance of any new Flight Briefing by SPJ), without SPJ incurring any obligation or liability to the Client or the Passengers.
