CHANGES ARE ANTICIPATED. The cost of care will vary with changes in the beneficiary’s income, the income cap amount, tax withholding, and allowable expenses. The representative of the state Medicaid program may from time to time notify the trustee of changes in the rules that affect the contribution to the cost of care. If the trustee determines that a change in the distribution plan is warranted, the trustee shall notify the worker assigned to the beneficiary’s case.
