Common use of Changes and Variations Clause in Contracts

Changes and Variations. If, during the course of production, Agency desires to make any changes in or variations from the script(s) or storyboard(s) or specifications of the Commercial(s) or from any material or work in preparation and such changes result in additional costs to Contractor, Contractor shall notify Agency’s authorized representative in writing of the amount of such additional costs before any such additional costs are incurred and shall proceed only after receiving written authorization from such representative.
