Common use of Changes and Termination Clause in Contracts

Changes and Termination. FPA may request changes in the scope of work. Any such changes, including term or increase or decrease in the amount of compensation, must be mutually agreed upon by FPA and the ARTIST and shall be incorporated in written amendments to this contract which must be signed by both parties to have effect.
