CHANGES AND EXTRAS. Buyer reserves the right to make changes to Services or Goods by written request to Seller. Before proceeding with any Services involving possible claims for extra compensation, Seller will submit in writing to Buyer a detailed proposal related to the projected increase or decrease occasioned by such contemplated change and will secure from Buyer a written document
