CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS. Additional funds may not be encumbered under the Agreement due to an act of Force Majeure, although the performance period of the Agreement may be amended due to an act of Force Majeure. After a review of the request, a written decision shall be provided to Contractor. Amendments to the Agreement shall be authorized via bilateral execution of a State Standard Agreement.
