Common use of CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS OF TERMS Clause in Contracts

CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS OF TERMS. COUNTY reserves the right to change, through negotiation, any portion of the work required under this Agreement, or amend such other terms and conditions which may become necessary. Any such revisions shall be accomplished in the following manner: 1. For any change which does not materially affect the scope of work or any other term or condition included under this Agreement, a Change Notice shall be prepared and signed by the County Contract Manager and Consultant Contract Manager. 2. For any revision which materially affects the scope of work, price, or any term and condition included in the Agreement, a negotiated amendment to the Agreement shall be executed by CONSULTANT and the Sheriff or his designee. 3. For any change affecting CONSULTANT's project personnel, CONSULTANT shall submit written notification and request to effect the change to the County Contract Manager; the County Contract Manager or designee may accept or reject CONSULTANT's written notification and request.
