Change Request Quote Clause Samples

Change Request Quote. (a) If we submit a Change Request to you it must be accompanied by a Change Request Quote. (b) You have 20 Business Days from submission of the Change Request Quote to consider whether to accept or reject the Change Request Quote. (c) Failure to accept the Change Request Quote within the prescribed time period results in the Change Request Quote lapsing. (d) Any acceptance of the Change Request Quote must be in writing and signed by you and us. (e) If you accept the Change Request Quote: (i) this Agreement is amended to the extent necessary to incorporate the Additional Fees, Additional Services, terms, Specifications and timing to Project Milestones contained in the Change Request and the Change Request Quote; (ii) we will carry out and complete the Change Request in accordance with its terms.
