Change Reports. 7.1 All changes to household composition and income must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days of the change. Verification documentation must be submitted with all changes of household composition and financial condition. Tenant is responsible for submittal of all required documentation that supports the change. If documentation is not submitted, the request will not be processed and the Tenant will be held responsible for any subsequent overpayment of assistance due to failure to provide documentation. 7.2 Tenant is responsible for follow-up to ensure the change was received and is being processed.
