Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. The usage report shall be in a format specified by the user agency/department and shall be submitted 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract term, or any subsequent renewal term, if applicable.

Accountants' Reports promptly upon receipt thereof (unless restricted by applicable professional standards), copies of all reports submitted to Company by independent certified public accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit of the financial statements of Company and its Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their annual audit;
Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.
Financial Statements; Accountants’ Reports; Other Information The Guarantor shall keep and maintain at all times complete and accurate books of accounts and records in sufficient detail to correctly reflect all of the Guarantor’s financial transactions and assets. In addition, the Guarantor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Lender the following:

Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. See the Progress Report Format Attachment for the recommended specifications. • Submit a monthly or quarterly Invoice that follows the instructions in the “Payment of Funds” section of the terms and conditions, including a financial report on Match Fund and in-state expenditures. Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.
Disclosure Updates Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, notify Agent if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to the Lender Group contained, at the time it was furnished, any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made. The foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding, any notification pursuant to the foregoing provision will not cure or remedy the effect of the prior untrue statement of a material fact or omission of any material fact nor shall any such notification have the effect of amending or modifying this Agreement or any of the Schedules hereto.
Engineering Report Lender shall have received a current Engineering Report with respect to the Property, which report shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.
