Common use of Change of Ratio Clause in Contracts

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty (20) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty ten (2010) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty fifteen (2015) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, issued and outstanding under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty one (201) SharesShare”.”

All other references to the ADSShares-to-Share ADS ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective DateJune 30, 2015, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADSShare-to-Share ADS ratio of “one (1) ADS Share to twenty one (201) SharesADS.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective DateJuly 27, 2015, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty one-half (201/2) Sharesof a Share.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty one hundred eighty (20180) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADSADS(s)-to-to-Share Share(s) ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADSADS(s)-to-to-Share Share(s) ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty three (203) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty ninety (2090) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADSADS(s)-to-to-Share Share(s) ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADSADS(s)-to-to-Share Share(s) ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty three hundred sixty (20360) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty forty-five (2045) Shares.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty ADS-to-one-fifth (201/5) Sharesof one Share”.”

Change of Ratio. All other references to the ADSADS(s)-to-to-Share Share(s) ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADSADS(s)-to-to-Share Share(s) ratio of “one (1) ADS to twenty five hundred (20500) Shares.”

All other references to the ADS-to-Share ratio made in the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs outstanding, as of the Effective Date, under the terms of the Deposit Agreement shall, as of the Effective Date, refer to the ADS-to-Share ratio of “one One (1) ADS to twenty (20) Shares.”
