Common use of Change of control of the Operator Clause in Contracts

Change of control of the Operator. 13.3.1 In case the Ultimate Parent Company of the Operator through the selling, assigning, transfer or other disposal of shares, controlling rights or in any other way no longer is the Ultimate Parent Company of the Operator, the new Ultimate Parent Company of the Operator shall provide a Parent Company Guarantee in accordance with the provisions of clause 8.3 within thirty (30) Business Days after becoming the new Ultimate Parent Company.
