Change Initiation Request. Unless otherwise agreed, all requests for Changes by Newco shall be communicated in writing or in email by Newco’s Account Manager or designee to ▇▇▇▇▇ Systems Account Manager or designee via a CIR. The Parties will follow the process described in this Section 4 to initiate a Change.
