Common use of Change in Your Business Clause in Contracts

Change in Your Business. The Rates & Fees are based upon, among other things, assumptions regarding the anticipated annual volume and average transaction size of your business, as well as the anticipated number of Chargebacks. In the event the actual volume, transaction size, number of Chargebacks differs from Processor’s records, or any information provided by You is inaccurate, Processor shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust the Rates & Fees.
