Change in PCP. The CONTRACTOR shall immediately provide written notice to a member when the CONTRACTOR changes the member’s PCP. The notice shall be issued in advance of the PCP change when possible or as soon as the CONTRACTOR becomes aware of the circumstances necessitating a PCP change.
