CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY. 16.1 In the event that you move from the Premises and are replaced by a new occupant, you shall provide at least 2 days’ notice in writing to Energia, stating the date and time from which a new occupant will be occupying the Premises and whether the occupant will require Energy supply from Energia from such date (the “Change in Occupancy Date”). You must provide Energia with a closing meter reading.
