Change In Computation Period. In the event that the Plan Year is the vesting computation period and the Plan is amended to change the Plan Year (the vesting computation period) to a different 12-consecutive month period, the first vesting computation period established under such amendment shall begin before the last day of the preceding vesting computation period. A Participant who is credited with 1,000 Hours of Service in both the vesting computation period under the Plan before such amendment, and in the first vesting computation period under the Plan after such amendment, shall be credited with two (2) Years of Service for vesting computation purposes.
Change In Computation Period. If an amendment results in a change in the Computation Period, the first Computation Period established under such amendment shall begin before the last day of the preceding Computation Period and each Employee to whom both such Computation Periods apply and who completes 1,000 or more Hours of Service in both such Computation Periods shall be credited with one Year of Service for each such Computation Period.
