CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to the compensation of the Subadviser is amended to update the fee aggregation provision for Disciplined Value International Trust. This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.

CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to the compensation of the Subadviser is amended to update reflect the updated fee aggregation provision schedule for ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Disciplined Value International TrustFund. This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.
