Common use of Change in Allocation Procedures Clause in Contracts

Change in Allocation Procedures. By agreement executed between Service Provider, User, Other Users and any relevant Interconnect Parties not less than 14 Days prior to the beginning of a Month, the allocation methodologies under clause 15.3(a) may be changed commencing at the beginning of that Month. Allocations and methodologies may not be changed during a Month, and may never be changed retrospectively.
