Change Application Procedure (CAP. NORTEL NETWORKS will be prime for development of a documented change application procedure for each field retrofit. In each case, the non-prime company reserves the right to review as well as present alternatives to the procedures developed by the prime. Further, all CAPs must be mutually agreed to prior to its acceptance as the official retrofit procedure. The CAP document includes detailed methodology for field applications to include preparation, required equipment, the change procedure on site, kit/material identification, testing after the change, labor hour content and any special logistics, etc.
