Common use of CGCB Clause in Contracts

CGCB. if the Final Terms specify that the New Global Note form is not applicable, is entered in Schedule 1 (Payments, Exchanges against Temporary Global Covered Bond, Delivery of Definitive Covered Bonds and Cancellation of Covered Bonds) hereto, whereupon the principal amount of Covered Bonds represented by this Global Covered Bond shall for all purposes be as most recently so entered; and
