CGA Declaration. CGA represents and warrants to B2Gold that it would not have entered into this agreement without the benefit of this clause 11.2 and it would not have entered into and continued the negotiations and conducted due diligence into B2Gold leading up to this agreement unless CGA had a reasonable expectation that B2Gold would agree to enter into a clause of this kind.
