Common use of CF US Clause in Contracts

CF US. It is acknowledged and agreed that CF US is a U.S. affiliate of CFCC that will be selling the Units in the United States on behalf of CFCC in accordance with Section 2(1) and is a party to this Agreement for the purpose of receiving the benefit of the representations, warranties and covenants made by the Company herein and enforcing the indemnity and contribution contained in Section 10 hereof as an Indemnified Party.
