Common use of Certified Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Certified Resolutions. A certified copy of the resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of Seller and by the Sole Shareholder authorizing and approving this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Certified Resolutions. A certified copy of the resolutions adopted by of the Board board of Directors directors of Seller and by the Sole Shareholder APS authorizing and approving this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
