CERTIFIED PAYROLL. (i) Pursuant to California Labor Code §1776, the Lessor and each of its subcontractors shall maintain Certified Payroll Records for workers employed by them, engaged in the installation and removal of Equipment onsite as required by law. When required by the Contract Documents, the Lessor and all its subcontractors shall furnish copies of Certified Payroll Records to the Lessee and/or Labor Commissioner as directed in the Contract Documents and any others named in the Contract Documents or as required by law.
