Common use of Certified Articles Clause in Contracts

Certified Articles. The Borrower shall have furnished to the Bank a copy of its Articles of Incorporation including all amendments thereto and restatements thereof, and all other charter documents, all of which shall have been certified by the appropriate department of the state of its incorporation as of a date within thirty days of the Disbursement Date first occurring.

Certified Articles. The Borrower shall have furnished to the Bank a copy of its Articles the articles of Incorporation incorporation, including all amendments thereto and restatements thereofthereto, and all other charter documentsdocuments of SHH, and any Guarantor, or Pledgor, and all of which shall have been certified by the appropriate department of state agency issuing the state of its incorporation same as of a date within thirty days of reasonably near the Disbursement Date first occurring.
