Certification; Supporting Documentation. Each such financial statement shall (a) be certified by the chief financial officer of the applicable Borrower, (b) be derived from the Books and Records maintained by each Borrower either at the applicable Individual Property or at the corporate office of the Borrowers located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, (c) follow the general form set forth in the Uniform System of Accounts, and (d) be accompanied with copies of supporting documentation to the extent that the Administrative Agent shall request.
