Certification; Supporting Documentation. Each such financial statement shall be in scope and detail reasonably satisfactory to Lender and certified by an officer of Borrower with sufficient knowledge thereof; provided, however, that such certification shall be qualified to the best of such representative's knowledge in the event that such statement was prepared by the Operating Lessee pursuant to the terms of the Operating Lease.
