Certification Reports Regarding Individual Settlement Payment Calculations. The Settlement Administrator will provide Defendant’s counsel and Class Counsel a weekly report that certifies the number of Class Members who have submitted valid Requests for Exclusion, objections to the Settlement, and whether any Class Member has submitted a challenge to any information contained in his/her Notice Packet. Additionally, the Settlement Administrator will provide to counsel for both Parties any updated reports regarding the administration of the Settlement Agreement as needed or requested.

The Settlement Claims Administrator will provide Defendant’s counsel and Class Counsel a weekly report that certifies which certifies: (a) the number of Class Members who have submitted valid Requests for Exclusion, objections to from the Settlement, Settlement Class; and whether any (b) the Net Settlement Amount claimed by Class Member has submitted a challenge to any information contained in his/her Notice PacketMembers. Additionally, the Settlement Claims Administrator will provide to counsel for both Parties any updated reports regarding the administration of the Settlement Agreement as needed or requested.
