Common use of Certification Policy Clause in Contracts

Certification Policy. The certification policy for the SIF Certification Program, as modified by the A4L Community from time to time at its sole discretion and set forth at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or such additional or replacement locations as provided by the A4L Community. Any product or service which has been certified in accordance with the Certification Policy and which remains a Certified Product as defined in the Certification Policy. Those countries (if any) set out in Schedule 3 (as amended from time to time in accordance with Sub-clause 2.2 below) in which the Licensee is not permitted to use the Trademarks.
