Class Certification Solely for the purposes of this Settlement, the Parties stipulate and agree to certification of the claims asserted on behalf of Class Members. As such, the Parties stipulate and agree that in order for this Settlement to occur, the Court must certify the Class as defined in this Agreement.
AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
Certification Pay A nurse who obtains and maintains a nationally recognized nursing certification shall receive a differential of $1.00 per hour for all compensated hours. If initial certification is obtained during the prior calendar year, only those hours that are compensated beginning with the first full payroll period subsequent to certification shall be considered. An approved certification list shall be established by mutual consent between the PNCC and the Chief Nurse Executive or designee and shall be updated on an annual basis.
CERTIFICATION CLAUSES The CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION CLAUSES contained in the document CCC 04/2017 are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement by this reference as if attached hereto.
Industry Certification Certified Pharmacy Technician Code: PTCBD001 College Credit: This Gold Standard Career Pathways Statewide Articulation Agreement guarantees the minimum award of course credits or a block of credit toward the above AAS/AS program is 9 hours of credit. This agreement does not preclude the awarding of additional credits by any college through local agreements.
New Certifications If a participating Employer is newly certified by ONA at one of its owned nursing homes for its registered nurses, the existing standard non-monetary provisions in the central ONA/RN agreements will automatically apply to the nurses effective nine (9) months after the Employer receives notice to bargain from the Union or a Memorandum of Agreement or Interest Arbitration Award is received, whichever is earlier. Settlement Class Certification 41. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained in Paragraph 43, below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class Representative; and (3) Plaintiff’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.
Professional Certification The Superintendent shall at all times during the term of this Contract, and any renewal or extension thereof, hold and maintain a valid certificate required of a superintendent by the State of Texas and issued by the State Board for Educator Certification or the Texas Education Agency and any other certificates required by law.
