CERTIFICATION OF TRADE OR BUSINESS USE. Each Lessee hereby warrants and certifies, under penalties of perjury, that (1) such Lessee intends to use the Lessor-Owned Vehicles leased by such Lessee hereunder in a trade or business of such Lessee, and (2) such Lessee has been advised that it will not be treated as the owner of such Lessor-Owned Vehicles for federal income tax purposes.
