Common use of Certification of Payment Details Clause in Contracts

Certification of Payment Details. Subject to receipt of the relevant information, each of the Paying Agent and the Conversion Agent, shall as soon as practicable, and in any event within one month after the end of the calendar quarter during which any such redemption, conversion or payment (as the case may be) takes place, furnish the Issuer and the Registrar with a certificate stating (as applicable): (i) the aggregate amounts paid in respect of Notes redeemed or purchased by the Issuer and cancelled; and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Notes converted and cancelled.
