Certification for. a Software Title may be granted based upon (1) successful completion of the Certification Testing; (2) conformance with the approved Concept as identified in the Concept Summary; (3) consistency with the goals and objectives of the Xbox console platform; and (4) compliance with other requirements as set forth in this Agreement.
