The Certification Assistance clause requires one party to help the other in obtaining or maintaining necessary certifications, licenses, or approvals relevant to the agreement. This assistance may include providing documentation, responding to regulatory inquiries, or facilitating audits as needed for compliance. Certification Assistance. Twenty Five (25) hours of on-site Vendor consulting services.
