Certification and Registration. 4. The Owner shall, at the time of execution of this Agreement by the Owner, provide the Municipality with an opinion letter, directed to the Municipality and signed by an Ontario solicitor in good standing, certifying that the Owner is the sole owner of the Subject Lands and confirming whether there are any mortgages or encumbrances affecting the Subject Lands.
