Common use of Certification agreement Clause in Contracts

Certification agreement. The following provisions shall apply to all Agreements entered into by DEKRA Certification in which the Other Party is granted the right to make use of a certificate, certification marks and/or attestations of conformity (“certification”) and such Agreements shall herein be referred to as "Certification Agreements". Only written Certification Agreements signed by both parties are valid and binding. These General Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to the terms of the Certification Agreement.
