Common use of Certificates of the Selling Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Certificates of the Selling Shareholders. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, from each Selling Shareholder confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 5(g) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

Certificates of the Selling Shareholders. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, from each Selling Shareholder either delivered by such Selling Shareholder or by an Attorney-in-Fact on behalf of such Selling Shareholder confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 5(g5(p) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

Certificates of the Selling Shareholders. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, from each of the Selling Shareholder Shareholders confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 5(g5(j) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.
