Certificates in Other Names. If any certificate --------------------------- evidencing shares of Advanced NMR Common Stock is to be issued in a name other than that in which the Certificate surrendered in exchange therefore is registered, it shall be a condition of the issuance thereof that the Certificate so surrendered shall be properly endorsed and otherwise in proper form for transfer and that the person requesting such exchange pay to the Exchange Agent or to Advanced NMR acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, any transfer or other taxes required by reason of the issuance of a certificate for shares of Advanced NMR Common Stock in any name other than that of the registered holder of the Certificate surrendered or otherwise required or establish to the satisfaction of the Exchange Agent or of Advanced NMR acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, that such tax has been paid or is not payable.
Certificates in Other Names. If any certificate evidencing shares of BCAM Series A and Series B Preferred Stock is to be issued in a name other than that in which the Certificate surrendered in exchange therefor is registered, it shall be a condition of the issuance thereof that the Certificate so surrendered shall be properly endorsed and otherwise in proper form for transfer and that the person requesting such exchange pay to RMEF or such other agent(s), as the case may be, or LungCheck Health acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, any transfer or other taxes required by reason of the issuance of a certificate for shares of BCAM Series A and Series B Preferred Stock in any name other than that of the registered holder of the Certificate surrendered or otherwise required or establish to the satisfaction of RMEF or such other agent(s), as the case may be, or LungCheck Health acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, that such tax has been paid or is not payable.

If any certificate evidencing shares of Net Lnnx Common Stock and Net Lnnx Preferred Stock is to be issued in a name other than that in which the Certificate surrendered in exchange therefor is registered, it shall be a condition of the issuance thereof that the Certificate so surrendered shall be properly endorsed and otherwise in proper form for transfer and that the person requesting such exchange pay to Greenberg or such other agent(s), ax xxx xxxe may be, or Net Lnnx acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, any transfer or other taxes required by reason of the issuance of a certificate for shares of Net Lnnx Common Stock and Net Lnnx Preferred Stock in any name other than that of the registered holder of the Certificate surrendered or otherwise required or establish to the satisfaction of Greenberg or such other agent(s), as thx xxxe may be, or Net Lnnx acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, that such tax has been paid or is not payable. Certificates in Other Names. If any certificate representing shares of Classic Preferred Stock is to be issued in a name other than that in which the certificate surrendered in exchange therefor is registered, it shall be a condition precedent to the issuance thereof that the certificate so surrendered be properly endorsed and otherwise in proper form for transfer, that the person requesting the exchange pay to Classic any transfer or other taxes required by reason of such issuance, and that counsel to Classic approve such transfer.
Certificates in Other Names. If any certificate representing shares of MEGA Common Stock is to be issued in a name other than that in which the certificate surrendered in exchange therefor is registered, it shall be a condition precedent to the issuance thereof that the certificate so surrendered be properly endorsed and otherwise in proper form for transfer, that the person requesting the exchange pay to the Transfer Agent any transfer or other taxes required by reason of such issuance, and that counsel to MEGA shall approve such transfer.

If any certificate evidencing shares of EMI Common Stock is to be issued in a name other than that in which the Certificate surrendered in exchange therefor is registered, it shall be a condition of the issuance thereof that the Certificate so surrendered shall be properly endorsed and otherwise in proper form for transfer and that the person requesting such exchange pay to Greexxxxx, xx EMI acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, any transfer or other taxes required by reason of the issuance of a certificate for shares of EMI Common Stock in any name other than that of the registered holder of the Certificate surrendered or otherwise required or establish to the satisfaction of Greexxxxx xx EMI acting solely in its corporate capacity, as the case may be, that such tax has been paid or is not payable.
Certificates in Other Names. If any certificate evidencing shares of Sonics Common Stock is to be issued in a name other than that in which the Certificate surrendered is issued, the Certificate so surrendered shall be properly endorsed and otherwise in proper form for transfer and the person requesting such exchange shall pay to Sonics acting solely in its corporate capacity any transfer or other taxes required by reason of the issuance of a certificate for shares of Sonics Common Stock in any name other than that of the registered holder of the Certificate surrendered or establish to the satisfaction of Sonics acting solely in its corporate capacity that such tax has been paid or is not payable.
