Common use of Certificate of the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Certificate of the Issuer. The Issuer will furnish to the Trustee on or before [__] in each year (beginning with [__]) a brief certificate (which need not comply with Section 10.05) from the principal executive, financial or accounting officer of the Issuer as to his or her knowledge of the Issuer's compliance with all conditions and covenants under the Indenture (such compliance to be determined without regard to any period of grace or requirement of notice provided under the Indenture). If any Securities are guaranteed by a guarantor, the guarantor shall also provide such certificates as are required by this Section.
