Certificate of Authorized Officer—Hedging Agreements. Concurrently with the delivery of each Reserve Report, a certificate of an Authorized Officer setting forth, as of the effective date of the Reserve Report, a true and complete list of all Hedging Agreements (other than the Swap Agreements), their material terms (including the counterparty, type, term, effective date, termination date and notional amounts or volumes), credit support agreements not previously disclosed to Administrative Agent in writing, and any margin required or supplied under any credit support agreement.
