Certificate Acceptance. 4.1. After ZealiD has issued the Certificates, the Subscriber verifies correctness of the data in the Certificates. If the Subscriber has verified that the data in the Certificates is correct, the Subscriber confirms correctness of the information. Corresponding confirmation is deemed Certificate acceptance.
Certificate Acceptance. Certificate acceptance by you will occur when any of the following events takes place: • Acknowledging the certificate request that informs of this agreement in electronic form; • Upon signing a certificate acceptance form and submitting it to the entity that processed the certificate application; • Upon payment of the certificate issuance services; or • Upon your first use of the certificate for purposes other than verifying the content of the certificate and testing its functionality. (As part of the assessment done by the Certificate Subscriber in order to decide whether to accept it or not).
Certificate Acceptance. The acceptance of insurance certificates by CEI shall in no way limit or relieve Vendor of the duties and responsibilities imposed under this Order. If higher limits or other forms of insurance are required by the Contract Documents, Vendor will comply with such requirements.
Certificate Acceptance. The Subscriber shall not use the certificate until it has reviewed and verified the accuracy of the data incorporated into the certificate. The certificate is deemed accepted if no complaints are raised by the Subscriber to AECE within 10 business days from receiving the certificate.
Certificate Acceptance. Should the RECIPIENT ascertain that a certificate has been misused or stolen, it must report this promptly to the customer service at RAFFTECH. The report must contain contact information (telephone, email). The support service shall then contact the RECIPIENT directly.
