Certiffication Requirements. Client understands and agrees that upon completion of the following requirements and successful graduation from Program, Client may be approved for certification as a Mastery Method Certified Coach through the Institute for Coaching Mastery. (This does not include any additional personal certification or accreditation by the International Coaching Federation and is for the Coaching Mastery Certification only.) a. Program Participation: Client must actively participate in at least 85% of Program, including video training, weekly Peer-to-Peer Practice Sessions, and weekly Coaching Calls with Company. If Client cannot attend the weekly Coaching Calls and Peer-to-Peer Practice sessions live, Client must do them on their own time. All calls must be logged using the form provided by b. Teach Back Questions: Client will be responsible for completing “Teach Back” questions assigned in each weekly Program module in the Facilitation Mastery portion of the Program. These Teach Back questions must be submitted to Company for review via an form, which are to be submitted every Friday of each module with a final due date specified in the Certification Requirements document provided to Client during onboarding.
