Certain Terms Defined in the Indenture. For purposes of this Third Supplemental Indenture, all capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented hereby. Any capitalized term defined both in this Third Supplemental Indenture and the Original Indenture shall have the meaning ascribed in this Third Supplemental Indenture irrespective of the meaning ascribed in the Original Indenture.
