Certain Rights of the Agent. The Agent may request instructions from the Majority Lenders at any time. If the Agent requests instructions from the Majority Lenders with respect to any action or inaction, the Agent shall be entitled to await instructions from the Majority Lenders before such action or inaction. No Lender shall have any right of action based upon the Agent's action or inaction in response to instructions from the Majority Lenders.
