Certain Restrictions on Transfers to Natural Persons. If any proposed transferee (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any proposed transferee in connection with any Permitted Transfer) is a natural person, such proposed transferee must have never been barred from entering, or removed from, the Stadium or any other stadium, ballpark, arena, or similar venue.
