The requirements which are stated in the next to the last paragraph of Section 1.13 and in Clause (9) of Paragraph A of Section 3.01 of the Mortgage to be applicable so long as any of the Bonds of the 1975 Series are outstanding shall remain applicable so long as any of the Bonds of the Medium Term Note Series VI are outstanding.
