Certain Payments. (a) Any payments received by the Mortgagee for which no provision as to the application thereof is made in this Trust Indenture and for which such provision is made in any other Operative Agreement shall be applied forthwith to the purpose for which such payment was made in accordance with the terms of such other Operative Agreement, as the case may be.
