Common use of Certain Opinions and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Certain Opinions and Certificates. The Company shall have received each opinion referred to in Sections 3.01(h) and 3.01(i), each such opinion addressed to the Company or accompanied by a letter from the counsel rendering such opinion authorizing the Company to rely on such opinion as if it were addressed to the Company, and the certificates referred to in Sections 3.01(e)(iv) and 3.01(k).
