Certain Minimum Amounts. Each partial reduction in the Commitments, and each Borrowing or repayment of principal of Loans shall be in an amount equal to the relevant minimum amounts or corresponding larger whole multiples specified below: Reduction of Commitments of a Class $ 5,000,000 $ 1,000,000 Borrowing of Loans of a Class $ 5,000,000 $ 1,000,000 Repayment of Loans of a Class $ 5,000,000 $ 1,000,000 Borrowings of Loans of either Class may be in any amount if such borrowing exhausts the full remaining amount of the Commitments of such Class.
