Common use of Certain Meetings Clause in Contracts

Certain Meetings. To facilitate oversight of the activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement and to maintain communication generally between the individuals who will be involved in supervising those activities, the Company or its designated representative and the Manager’s principal individuals will meet at least quarterly (or more often if requested by the Company) to review operations of the Casino Facilities and any current issues pertaining thereto.
